Return & Refund Policy
At DTH Exotic Fruits, we deal in fresh, perishable fruits. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or spoiled fruits at the time of delivery
Conditions:
• Issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
• Clear photos/videos must be shared via WhatsApp or email
• Claims raised after the time limit will not be accepted
No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Taste preferences
• Delayed reporting
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
